are printed on a high resolution laser-jet 4-color printer. Dimensions
for the front panel are 4 12/16th x 4 12/16th. Dimensions
for the back & one spine panel are 4 10/16th (vertical) x 5 10/16th (horizontal).
We
can create your insert for a $35 per hour graphic set-up fee or you can
supply an image of your insert. Images
must work with the Windows PC format, not Mac/Apple.
